THE APARTMENT
Gran Vía V is a cozy apartment located in the heart of Madrid, ideal for spending a season in the capital of Spain.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features one bedroom with a large double bed. Gran Vía V includes a full bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator and freezer, stove, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery, glasses, pots, and cooking utensils so you can prepare your favorite recipes during your temporary stay in Madrid.
Among the apartment’s amenities are a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, and heating throughout the entire apartment.
As a courtesy, bed linens and towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer are also provided.
THE AREA
It has an incredible location — you don’t need to use a car, as you can walk to all parts of the city or use Madrid’s fantastic public transport. All services are just steps away: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, and more.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
The building does not have an elevator.
Cribs are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.
Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.
The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original booking conditions and must specify the contract duration, stating that the rental is not intended for indefinite occupancy, nor as the tenant’s habitual residence or registered address, and must describe the reason for the rental.
Please note that if your arrival date coincides with your booking date, we cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM.
