Some bedrooms are exterior-facing and others interior, but all enjoy plenty of natural light and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of work or study.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and complete cookware including plates, glasses, cutlery, and utensils. It’s the ideal space to prepare your favorite meals during your stay.
In the living room, you’ll find a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding with your favorite shows or movies, along with free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. The apartment also includes a washing machine, bed linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, iron, and ironing board, everything designed to make your stay practical, comfortable, and enjoyable.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
