Property well located, everything you may need is at walking distance, restaurants, drugstores, bookstores, shops,etc. Properry management very responsive and friendly.

False advertising. ( it’s not a building with pool, spa nor disabled friendly and rooms are not “colorful” ) Upon arrival we had NO heat , towel drier on bathroom was also off, the sofa bed wasn’t ready, we had cold water for 2 days! We had to call to get the issues fixed. The apartment is located next to bars, and after midnight they close the main gate, the LOCK IS DEFECTIVE, We had a very hard time opening it, it is a horrible experience to waste more than 20 minutes opening the door. You have to take couple of stairs to get to the elevator. Overall it was very displeasing stay.
