Bedroom Nº2: Very spacious, with a comfortable 1.50cm double bed with memory foam mattress . It has a closet and three large windows with balconies and views of the Plaza de Canalejas. A large seating area with a spacious Chester sofa and TV.



Bedroom Nº3: It has a large 1.50cm double bed with a viscoelastic mattress, very comfortable and air conditioning. A built-in wardrobe and four large windows with a balcony to the outside. Rest area with a beautiful Chester sofa and a TV so you can enjoy and relax from the comfort of your bedroom.



Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need so that you can enjoy large lunches and dinners in the apartment. It has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and gas hobs.



Bathroom No1: Next to the entrance, complete with a shower tray and a window that provides natural light and ventilation.

It is a stately building, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid, surrounded by shops and commercial establishments, in the middle of Calle Cruz, a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol and the Fuente de Cibeles. The apartment is on the 5th floor with direct access from the elevator.



It is located in the downtown area of the city. A couple of minutes walk to Puerta del Sol on Calle Mayor. Surrounded by emblematic and tourist places of the city that you can know just by taking a walk around the area. In the heart of the literary district, with shops, stores and markets of all varieties that will make your experience getting to know the city much more varied and enriching.



You will not need public transport to move around the area since you will be in the center and you have everything very close by walking. Anyway, you have the Sevilla metro stop a few meters away (Line 2) and also at Puerta del Sol you will find the metro station and suburban stations that also connect with the entire city. There are also numerous bus lines in the area
