Amazinn…pass is you need space

The property is for the true minimalist. I gave it 3 stars because of the proximity to public transport, access to shops/dining and basic needs in the apartment. The listing should have been clearer to disclose a few details like Air conditioning is only in 2 of the rooms and not the overall property. There is only 1 bathroom with the toilet at the entrance and shower/vanity at the end of the hall. It is a narrow hallway apartment on the 6th floor. The elevator has capacity for 4 but only 2 people fit at a time. I went with my family of four and would not return to such a small space. We made it work but it was very tight. I recommend this apartment to a couple. Older kids don’t fit comfortably on the beds. If you go with small children do not open windows since there are no window guards. 6 people as the listing suggests is too tight with only one bathroom and compressed space.

Minimal space

The place was ok. The pictures made it seem like it was upscale. The rooms were so small. The toilet is located by the front door but with no sink,so you have to get out,walk all the way down to the shower and wash your hands. ONE of the room's AC Was not functioning well so we slept in a warm room. The location was ok.

The WC toliet is separated from the main bathroom and does not have a faucet to wash your hands, this makes it very uncomfortable and anti hygienic for all guests, then the water heater is just above the toilet to the right , more than one got hit in the head maneuvering to get in and out of the wcAlso note there is NO 1.5 bath is just separated from the shower There are only 2 bedrooms witn AC , the 3rd one and the rest of the condo remains hot during the summer timeThe elevator only hold 2 to 3 people, if you're a party of 6 getting to the 6th floor is a challenge There were areas that cleanliness was below acceptable The location is great The designated are for eating is the hallway in front of kitchen, so if people are eating is blocking the way to the bedrooms Overall rating is 1 as the place overall is not functional, the toilets thing for us was a big issue

Strange layout

The property is a bit sketchy. The single bathroom is located just inside the front door. The galley kitchen is tiny. The shower bathroom is fine. The staircase seems like a building site under repair. It’s is definitely cramped and awkward. Checking in was frustrating- the process of uploading all guests’ info and passport photos was very difficult in transit - although customer service was sympathetic and quick to respond. I would not stay at this location again.

IMPECCABLE SERVICE & AMAZING STAY

The host is beyond fabulous - very reassuring, helpful in making everything is running smooth. The shuttle service to and fro the airport to the room is remarkable with all needed details notated in the move-in instructions. We used Civitatis. Easy to spot at the airport and also they came on time the next morning [@4:30a.m.] for our early flight to Coruna from Barajas Airport. The rooms are so clean, the beds very comfortable with sheets that warm your soul. The location is second to none with centrality that can't be matched in our opinion with everything we needed just around the corner. We started with Port de Sol by meeting up with other friends and family and the proximity to all that was available was enriching to our experience. The one thing we would say is to watch out for the big window that houses their electrical stuff right above one's head that has a sharp end in the toilet. We would totally come back here again. Writing this comments from Coruna after a great night in Madrid thanks to this accommodation. We were appreciative of the host's assistance and the overall experience. Much appreciated.
