Be advised that Mad Rooms does not send any communication about how to get into this hotel that has no manned front desk. I did somehow via the intercom get the numeric code to get into my room but did not get the code to enter the front door. It took another hotel guest and a long wait to get the code.

Room was dirty, doors, walls,
Bathroom tap, shower and sink basin leaking
Big gap under room door
There is a bar next to the mad rooms and we had the room next door to the kitchen and the walls are extremely thin so we heard every plate banging and every move made in the kitchen.
Left our room after not even being there one night, messaged property to which have refused any kind of refund.
Have photo evidence of the dirty walls and doors.

I did not receive check-in information in time to stay at the facility because Expedia did not give MAD Rooms my email. Moreover, Expedia failed to provide me with contact information to communicate with the facility. There was no contact by WhatsApp until after my departure, so I was forced to make other overnight accommodations, and lost the money paid for the night at MAD Rooms. I will not use Expedia again.

Hotel bien ubicado con concepto moderno, pero es en realidad un sotano, de dos niveles bajo tierra con largas escaleras y sin elevador, sin personal de servicio (al menos a la hora de mi checkin, 4 pm) aire muy enrarecido y fuerte olor a humedad, al menos en mi habitacion, no apto para personas mayores, asmáticos ni claustrofobicos

地下鉄の駅まで徒歩約10分くらいで便が良かったです。
ブティックホテルと書いてあったので、カップル専用かもしれないとも考えつつ弟と泊まりましたが、問題ありませんでした。
家族でも大丈夫です。
チェックイン、アウト時にはスタッフはおらず、あらかじめメールで来るパスワードを入れてホテルに入り、入室します。
エレベーターはなく、地下二階のお部屋でした。地下二階ですが、窓からは何故か外が見えました。
スリッパ、パジャ マ、歯磨きセットはありませんが、ドライヤー、シャンプー等はありました。
ベッドも大きく、素泊まりでたくさん観光し、帰ったら寝るだけだったので、とても快適でした。
Netflixが室内のテレビで見れました。
夜間帰ってくると、スタッフがおり、とてもフレンドリーで素敵でした。
スペインが恋しいです。

La habitación es correcta, cómoda y limpia. Perfecta para 2 personas. Lo único malo es que por las mañanas no hay agua caliente suficiente para ducharse dos personas. Uno de nosotros tuvo que ducharse con agua fría. Si tienes una habitación cercana a la puerta principal, esta hace mucho ruido al cerrarse y puede despertarte. Por lo demás, es correcta.
