I had a fantastic stay at your hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I look forward to returning!

El personal de recepción Excelente!, el camarero de la cafetería del hotel del domingo 20-5-2024, muy descortés, falta de tacto, dejadez profesional, nos tuvimos que ir a la calle a tomar algo por perderle de vista, Tras 25 minutos de reloj esperando, llego argumentando que estaba trabajando en otro salón y no podía estar en dos sitios a la vez, que ese no era su problema Entra en barra y atiende a los clientes que allí estaban, a los 16 minutos de llegar, observamos que no atiende en mesas, ni lo había dicho a nadie. Nos levantamos y tras preguntarle, nos contesta directamente, “ eso ya es lo que me faltaba salir fuera”, seguimos y le pregunto por un tipo de Gin, me dice que esa marca no la tienen, le pregunto entonces que tienen y automáticamente, me dice tengo 24 marcas mira ….empieza a señalar una a una con el dedo…y a contar literalmente uno, dos , tres, cuatro….quince , dieciséis……veintidós, veintitrés, veinticuatro!!. Ok , le digo , pues buenas tardes y discúlpeme, pero. O voy a tolerar se siga riendo más.., y nos marchamos a la calle a buscar una cafetería , tomamos una copa y ya volvimos también cenados, no pensábamos salir del hotel pues era domingo por la tarde y eran ya las 18,30h, nos marchamos después de casi 1 hora de plantón Y visto lo visto ya volvimos a las 21.00h, habiendo picado algo fuera como he dicho . Es una lastima como una persona poco profesional puede tirar por tierra el resto de buen trato y agrado de recepción y perjudicar al cliente .

Place was great, love the inside front of the Hotel. Needs to get the smell of smoke of the carpet and in elevator. About a 12-15 min walk to the Bernabeu (loved it). The attention in the bar was great. Quick Suggestion, if you like to connect with the culture., visit the small businesses surrounding the area… it’s priceless

Very pleasant staff room very nice clean however very small. There is a swimming pool on the roof but we have been told it’s closed and we are not allowed to use it that was big disappointment. Hotel info said otherwise.

It's a very modern hotel. The room was very clean and size of the room and bed was very sufficient. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was fantastic. There is a little walk to the metro, it took us about 8 minutes.
