Poor communication

The bed is old and tired. Mattress sunk in the middle. I felt like sleeping in a big flabby salad bowl. I had difficulty to check in. They communicate only via their chat system. They don't send you emails before check in. No Whatsapp communication. The apartment has two locks to unlock. First one is on the ground floor. You unlock with a key available on a Google website. If your cell phone is not working (no connection, no SIM card, out of battery), you can't get in. I had no connection so I was stranded on the street. The second one is at the entrance of the apartment on the fifth floor. If you don't have the chat message, you can't get in. No wifi password available in the apartment - only in the chat message.
