Disliked: Location
Place was clean, a bit cramped. The French door onto the street was very difficult to close, and the convection stove top didn't work. I didn't realize that the flat was in the heart of Madrid's Zona Rosa, with a few busy bars on the same block, including one right downstairs. My weekend rental was marred by shouting and loud singing, in the street and in neighbouring apartments, till after 1 am. I wouldn't stay here again.

Location was perfect, less than 2 blocks from Metro station on Gran Via and close to amazing shopping. Management has agreement with taxi service for flat rate to airport if booked in advance. Taxi was on time and reasonable. Highly recommend this service.There were some issues with room that could be quick fixes-1) no bars or hooks for towels anywhere2) balcony doors misaligned so would not shut or lock. They blew wide open in the middle of the night.3) no hand towels, electric hand dryer which did not work -management maintainence suggested using hair dryer4) "table" is just a wall mounted shelf which would be fine but corners are very sharp and space to manuver is tight. Simple fix for both if the ends were rounded.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room is extremely small, and the black table where it is placed makes it very difficult to move around. There are no controls to adjust the room temperature, and the water is mostly cold with no proper balance. Overall, it was uncomfortable to stay here, and I would prefer to avoid this room.
