DO NOT STAY - "The Good" (1) photo is accurate of unit, which was nice but for all the problems, (2) fast internet (3) grocery and gym nearby "THE BAD" (1) although this one unit was redone, the building was a slum in very poor condition (2) walls paper thin - stayed entire month of January and the other side of living room began parties most nights 7 pm - 2 am, screaming and yelling, Loud music - Just like inside my unit - VERY NOISY (3) plaza 3 blocks away filled with homeless people and felt completely unsafe (4) very mixed, lower end neighborhood (5) balconies unusable

The apartment is excellent. It's modern and clean and comfortable. Having air conditioning made such a différence. Communication with Daniel was always efficient and curtious. We found the location noisy as garbage trucks came by every day in early morning hours. Also, it's a busy area therefore lots of late night/early morning yelling outside. Having said that, the location is perfect. We found it to be an advantage and we managed the noise.

super endroit

nous avons passe un tres bon sejour, le lieu est super et bien placé. j ai eu juste un peu de mal ave l absence totale de contact humain, meme par WhatsApp ce ne sont jamais les memes personnes qui répondent. Et de ce fait aucub conseil sur visite ou endroit ou aller manger faire les courses...etc. Mais Lavapies et Madrid nous ont enchanté ! dans l appartement; super salle de bain et amenagement en general.

Perfect spot!

The apartment was just right for a couple. We walked everywhere from here, and the unit had everything we needed. Very easy to communicate with management and they are very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this place!
