Great Location

We had a great stay at this property! Location was perfect as well as bedroom set up for us and teenage son and daughter. If there were an air conditioning unit it would have been even better since we visited in July. Was as described in listing and we were able to arrange an early check in no problem. Would stay again!!

Location

Great location and still quiet in the middle of Madrid. Excellent to accommodate families or group of friend with a touch of modernism all around. Markets, bag lockers just 2-3 min away. Highly recommend.

not great for families

the pictures on vrbo are very deceptive. looked bigger online, too small for a family of 5. didn’t love that the door was directly adjacent to the street. a bit scary to only have the door , with a night club two doors down.location was ok, walkable to many attractions. no windows. not enough towels for 3 days for 5 people. washing machine, but no dryer. loved the funky decor, but stairs were unnerving. couch big enough for only 2 people. other seating were metal chairs. although, it was very clean and always heard back from property manager.

We had a great stay. The apartment is in a good location. Two things to mention: positive: there is a parking garage JUST down the street if you bring a car. They are very friendly and helpful.negative: there is no a/c - not a concern most of the time, but it was over 90F during our stay.

It was a great location. Only Downside was there is no AC. I know it’s listed as no AC but there is noWindows in the back part of the apartment so it just feels stuffy.
