It's a very good and convenient Hotel. It's very easy to hopping or eating. They are many famous scenic spot near this area. The breakfast is very good. Of course, The price is higher.

Good location but not helpful staff
Good location, just near the metro. The staff is not very helpful, I asked wifi password at the reception but he told me it's not working. I showed him I could locate the wifi network then he gave me the password only at that time. We were assigned a room at the top floor - its also our request at booking, the view was very nice, but perhaps a lot of sunshine the room was very hot even after 1 hour with air conditioning. The air conditioner has a very weak wind so we have called the hotel to come up and check.

这个酒店地理位置极佳，出门便是商业区和地铁站，后悔没有早定这个酒店，最后酒店寄存行李也是十分方便，方便了我们晚上的飞机，很赞

Es un hotel ubicado en el centro de gran Vía.. Con todos los servicios necesarios a tu arrededor.. El hotel tiene un personal muy atento y unas habitaciones súper cómodas con todos los servicios necesarios para pasar una velada perfecta solo o acompañado... Algunas habitaciones cuentan con terraza con vistas a gran vía o a la parte trasera con amplias vistas además el hotel cuenta con restaurante terraza para tomarte algo tranquilamente mientras ves la puesta de sol de Madrid... Toda una joya de hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de la ville. Personnel, réactive et à l’écoute. Ma chambre se situe au neuvième étage, donnant accès à une terrasse privée sur Madrid. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel.

Excelente ubicación y atención privilegiada.
El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable, pero por sobre todas las cosas, personal atento. Martín, cuando llegamos nos solucionó el early check in sin hacer muchas preguntas, pues llegamos a las 5 am y el check in está marcado recién para las 15. De manera, que Gracias Martin!!.
