This accommodation is offered exclusively for short-term rentals, intended for justified temporary stays. Priority is given to guests traveling for work, academic, medical, specialized training, or other justified reasons, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law. Availability is subject to the owner's use of the property on specific dates.
The Space
Reservation requires the signing of a lease agreement and the deposit of a security deposit in accordance with applicable regulations.

The accommodation is intended solely as a temporary accommodation solution. The tenant expressly declares that this is not their habitual or permanent residence, and therefore, registration at this address is not permitted.

The apartment is located in the La Latina neighborhood. It has been recently renovated and restored. The decor is clean, modern, fresh, and relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave. The living room and dining room are spacious and bright, with enough seating for everyone. The apartment has two bedrooms and one modern bathroom complete with a shower and screen. The exterior windows are new. The living room has an air conditioning unit, which cools both bedrooms, creating a cozy atmosphere, as it is an interior apartment. A radiator is also provided.

The apartment is located on the second floor. The building does not have an elevator, so you will have to climb stairs.

In the surrounding area, you can enjoy various restaurants and bars typical of the city. A 12-minute walk away are the Royal Palace, Carlos III University, Puerta de Toledo, Carlos III University, and the Almudena Cathedral. Capacity for three people. Please read the rules. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed, unless expressly agreed upon with the landlord.

Out of respect for the community, loud noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Parties, events, and large gatherings are also prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and contract, as well as possible intervention by the competent authorities.

It is mandatory to take out the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the apartment during your stay.
