"This was a last minute pick, next time I’d spend a little more money to go somewhere nicer. Felt a bit uneasy staying here. Room was clean and staff was nice."

"I love the hospitality of the staff. They were so kind, especially to my small children. Ash was the woman who helped me check in and she made a special birthday card for my child. It was a lovely surprise and so sweet. Everyone was so friendly. The gentleman at the bar was very kind as well. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. I would definitely stay again in the future. "

"Unfortunately, the hotel is under renovations, so I feel this is a bad time to review. However, the check-in staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Due to the renovations, it wasn't as clean as I would have liked to see in a hotel of this price. My room was clean and comfortable but the common areas were a bit of a mess. They have a hot breakfast but the breakfast staff were not staying on top of the things that were empty. Instead, I often saw them restocking things that didn't need it yet, while travelers were waiting for the waffle mix or juice to be refilled. After 15 minutes, they still had not refilled what was reported to them as being empty. Not very good customer service in that regard. Good location and fairly quiet."

"Nice location tucked back away from the main road with really easy access. Lots of restaurants around. Staff was friendly and always nice. Breakfast was what was expected with multiple choices. If we are in the area again, we would come back."

"Finally a Hotel with breakfast that gets it right! Their breakfast options are great. Actually offered gluten free items like cereal AND almond milk. Great sausages not patties. Checkin was easy and the staff so friendly and helpful too. A beautifully appointed hotel we’ll certainly visit again and so many restaurants and favorite stores in the area. Even a Trader Joe’s. I had no idea Lacey, WA was so nice."
