Below are all the details of our rates; please do remember we are ALL-INCLUSIVE with full board, which means you only pay the posted rate and no additional fees .

We love food and offer a wonderful culinary experience, with real homemade food that can't be found at a commercial hotel or hit-or-miss experiences at restaurants. We are fully-staffed so everything is prepared for you.

Howie's HomeStay comprises seven Pavilions surrounded by 5 acres of lush tropical gardens which means....

Dining Room/ Kitchen (each room is a separate house or pavilion)
Living Room
Teak Guest suite (the principal pavilion where we accommodate our guests),
Master Bedroom (our quarters)
Study
Family Suite pavilion which is comprised of 3 bedrooms
Dining/Family room for Family Pavilion and an enormous pool!....pool temperature is perfect year-round!
Secret Garden BBQ Area

The Living room and Dining room/Kitchen and pool area are all available for your use so it is just like being in your own ultra-luxurious home.

Typically we use the Teak Guest Suite as the master pavilion for our guests, and it is located about 60 meters away from the Main house (as is the Family suite pavilion in the opposite direction).

Of course you will be our only guests while at Howie's HomeStay; we never accept more than one party- you- for the entire duration of your stay

We are located about 30 minutes from Chiang Mai City and the airport

All rates are all-inclusive of all fees and with full board.

We do require a 2 night minimum stay so that you can really enjoy the experience!

Your only other expenses would be individual admission charges to outside attractions such as the elephant camps etc...

Our rates include Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner of delicious Thai food.

We help organize your itinerary in Chiang Mai and suggest the best things to do and see, based upon our experiences here over the last 20 years.

Some of the interesting things to do include a day of elephants where you ride comfortably on the elephants, followed by a gentle river raft ride and then a visit to a wonderful temple on the way home....the whole experience is unparalleled.

There is loads of shopping, wonderful temples to visit, and a trip to the local markets and the Chinese market area is always fun.

A day at a recommended spa for luxurious treatment is also one of the great options.

For any and all activities outside of our residence, you will be accompanied by either myself or our personal highly-knowledgeable tour guide, Mr. Eddy, whom we have known for 25 years. This assures that you enjoy your experience with true local flavor!

Our residence (and all of Chiang Mai) is extremely safe and crime is basically non-existent here, which makes for a true hassle-free experience.

Of course, of all the things to do and see in the greater Chiang Mai area....Staying home and enjoying your time with your family and friends in the unmatched surroundings of Howie's HomeStay will be the best!
