十分滿意

環境清幽，服務員也很親切，早餐種類雖然不多，但個人認為就早餐而言十分足夠，餐廳服務員非常體貼。這次是入住一套房房間，非常寬敞，陽台空間非常大，唯一不足是浴室設計，如果有老人家同行會比較麻煩。當然如不是套房房間設計如何就不得而知.此外地點不是在城中心，如不是自駕遊的話可能比較麻煩。

It is OK

We booked Luxury Suite, 2 Bedrooms and request one of this room is twin bed, but they just have single bed. i dont know why no one notice me, anyway the single bed is enough for two presons. The room live four presons just give me one key is much inconvenience. Many mosquitoes , maybe they open the door to clean my room. Breakfast is just acceptable, not more choice. The gym room small and short of training equipment. The swimming pool is big and towel enough. but the water is very deep. The hotel location is 10~15 min to the center. The overall service is 3.5

Good hotel and would recommend to others

Room is spacious with comfortable bed. The food in the hotel restaurant is of good quality and reasonably priced. The staff are all friendly and helpful. A good place to relax and chill. The pool is pretty but the water is very cold. Nothing to do around the hotel but there are two restaurants to go to.

放鬆 一整天的好地方

After shopping and tour around Chiang mai city ,Sibsan is a very good place to relax and stay away from the crowd.Nice pool ,comfortable pavilion and river passing in the front ,delicious breakfast,not too hard or soft bed but the air-conditioning machine too noisy when we stay in the 1st floor in the first night.

酒店員工親切禮貌房間整潔有露台，泳池環境舒適美麗水深1.2-1.9m，早餐種類款式不多味道一般，酒店附近無景點及食市，適合自駕遊人仕，車程大約15-20分鐘可到市中心。

物有所值

个人感觉除了地点其他都不错。早餐香肠色拉是在清迈吃的最好吃的。洗浴用品味道好闻，走的时候还买了一瓶。房间大而静，整个酒店是典型的东南亚风格，草木幽深。服务也好。如果是在市区的话房间价格至少三倍。更不用说在中国。作为清迈最后一晚住宿挺好。前几天玩好最后一天就是休息。如果是来清迈度假，而不是急吼吼看景点的挺合适。

"Luxury" is only in its name. We enjoyed our stay at their other great property in Mae Taeng before pre-covid19, but this Chiangmai location is in extremely poor condition. My family occupied three rooms. The wood floor in my room was uneven and rough. It is uncomfortable to walk on and can cause accidents or even injuries. Bathroom smells of sewage. The water pressure was terrible. There was no Wi-Fi provided aside from the lobby and the dining area. My cellular network (AIS) was also bad in the room. In-room telephone did not work. Electronic safe did not work. The air conditioner was noisy. Closet lights remained on all the time. There are dried-up fountains ponds along the walkway from the lobby to guest rooms that gave out an odor. Perfect for mosquitos breeding. The hotel ground needs work. The only meal available during our stay was breakfast. It was of decent quality on the first day. But the following day, fresh tangerine juice was substituted by instant juice mix. The staff is friendly and courteous. I know that they try to do their best given the business conditions and the lack of management.

it was a crazy pretty hotel, but check in took too long. it is indeed a very very calm and serene place. considering the amount of money they charge, breakfast could be better. as a muslim I asked them to separate pork and chicken but they did not listen and as a result I ended up with very very little option for breakfast. even after complaining this to the front desk and the restaurant manager it was not solved. Resturant manager is not always there during the breakfast time. overall a very nice experience and a very very pretty hotel ruined by crappy service.

Beautifully designed hotel

Incredibly beautiful design, very open design. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and scheduled a taxi for me to go to the airport at 4AM. Because I was leaving so early they even packaged a to go breakfast for me in advance! A really nice touch I hadn't expected. Only downside was how far it was from Chiang Mai, so it wasn't super easy to go back and forth. Perfect if you're looking for a quiet, secluded experience though!

Nice comfortable and relaxing

This hotel was recommended by a friend who visited Chiang Mai. Out of all the hotels I stayed in Thailand, this was my favourite thus far. Hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast was fulfilling. During my stay, I looked forward to breakfast every morning. I will definitely book this hotel again when I visit Chiang Mai. Simply Amazing

Schon als wir in gie Rezeption kamen, fiel uns der gepflegte Umfangsstil auf. Wir wurden auf unsere Zimmer begleitet uns es wurde alles erklärt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Nicht sehr gross. Aber es hat sehr viel Charme. Das Frühstück und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

We stayed at SibSan Rimping fir a week. All four of us stated that it was beautiful and more than we had expected. It is a bit too far out of town for ease but that’s how it can have the quiet Thai ambiance that you crave. Kudos to all of the staff!
