Peter Ray House
- This 150-year-old story and a half house is approximately 1200 square feet, with central air and three TVs. It has a front porch the entire width of the house and a spacious patio in the back, including a fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The second floor has a second bath and is an open concept with a king-size bed and a sofa/sleeper. The second floor will sleep four comfortably, with the entire house sleeping six.
Nestled in the scenic bluffs of the Mississippi River valley, Maeystown boasts a rich German heritage with old-world architecture and hosts several festivals every year.

House is across alley from my granddaughter’s, making it very convenient for our visit. Enjoyed staying in this beautifully restored and decorated house. This is our second stay and plan on staying here again next year.

House was amazing in a lovely location. Beautifully decorated and spotless. Great for two couples. Check-in was a breeze. A hairdryer in each bathroom would be terrific, as I suspect, like me, lots of people don’t bring them along.
