「We had a reunion to go to in Orland, California. And we had friends that were in Chico. So the location was perfect. The room was perfect and we had a great time.」

「I was up here for work and stayed two nights. Very comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and dining. Plenty of shaded street parking.」

「I wanted to use this property to take some photos of my employees, and it did not disappoint!! Beautiful little yard with a nice enclosed patio area and hot tub. Inside the guest suite was very clean and cozy. Would absolutely come back & recommend to others. 」
