“The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.”

“The staff was excellent. I had to work with them twice, once to extend my stay for another night, and once to change rooms due to needing two beds because of back pains. Both were handled quickly and with friendly service.
Both rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.”
