I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Napoli, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location was absolutely amazing—perfectly situated for exploring the city and close to everything you’d want to see and do. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, quick, and very convenient, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the thoughtful details, like the slippers provided in the room—it’s little touches like that which make a stay feel more comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Nicoletta, who truly went above and beyond during our stay. She made sure everything at breakfast was always fully stocked and fresh, and even kindly offered us bananas to take with us on our way out. Her care and attention did not go unnoticed and made our experience even more memorable.

​We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cristina. The service was excellent, the staff was very professional and helpful and the accommodations were super clean. My kids absolutely loved staying at Hotel Cristina!

Really helpful staff, beautiful views, amazingly well-stocked bar for the discerning gin lover. Shuttle bus is so useful for getting into and back out of the town itself (the hotel is some distance and quite high up a hillside). Food was great. Only negative was that the gents toilets under the stairway at ground floor level really need refurbishment, like putting some working locks on the doors. I only used these once, preferred to use our room if needed. Would definitely come again without hesitation

What a stunning hotel, we loved our stay at the Belair in Sorrento. Little touches such as email correspondence enquiring our purpose for the stay. A 30th celebration for my son and reassurance the Belair staff would do all possible to make his birthday a memorable one. All the staff we found exceptionally helpful and kind, in particular the Restaurant Female Manager personally enquired about our daily plans and voiced genuine concern for my son's foot injury which he really appreciated. A surprise chocolate birthday cake at breakfast was a nice touch and happy birthday sung by the breakfast staff too. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned twice daily. We had a beautiful terrace each with spectacular views over Sorrento Town and Vesuvius. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was to look back onto Sorrento and this did not dissapoint. We walked into town in the evenings and there is a bus stop directly outside which we used for the train/bus station and Marina Piccola. We all wholeheartedly recommend the Belair, we appreciated it's peaceful serenity and the genuine warmth and kindness of it's staff. Thank you Belair.

The staff the property the decorative finish is all beautiful. The hotel communal areas also have an amazing smell and of course the Room is spacious classic and spectacular. My one and only negative observation “no matter how hard I tried the Breakfast Cheff can not execute a perfect fried or poached egg. And the Ala’Cart Cheff severs me a Raw Burger then having sent it back continued to grill the same patty till it was cremated and basically wrecked it. It think the management need to remind the Cheff the customers are paying high menu prices and to step up considerably to the customers expectations. Other than that a Beautiful Stay xx
