Cozy studio for 4, ski-in/ski-out in Flaine with balcony

Ideally located in the heart of the resort, this 18 m² studio offers direct ski-in/ski-out access, right next to the Aup de Véran cable car and just 500 metres from the shops. Set on the second floor of a residence without a lift, it features a south-facing balcony with open views of the ski area. The sleeping area includes two bunk beds in the entrance and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, mini oven, two electric hobs, mini fridge, and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A flat-screen TV is provided. A secure ski rack is available on the ground floor. Heating and hot water are communal. Parking is available outside the resort. Non-smoking accommodation.

Additional services are available to book: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, baby equipment. For your winter holidays, take advantage of discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays). Pets are welcome with a weekly supplement per animal.

Cappello apartment

I only slept in this apartment, so the sofa bed was adequate, it advertises that it sleeps four, it would be a struggle to have more than two people in the apartment. It is very small and cramped, very tired and in need of renovation, location was lovely for the view, but the walk up the hill to the Flaine forum was not fun overall it was adequate, but would not use again.
