Excellent Stay
Great location. Condo exactly as shown. It was clean and perfect size for 2 people. Wouldn’t change a thing and we will definitely book again.

Cost little apartment - Comfy Bed
POSITIVES - Great apartment with high speed Internet (which I required for work). - Lovely foam green colour scheme. - Very comfortable bed. -Mostly quiet area, although there is a train that runs nearby. It didn’t really disturb me. - 5 minutes from grocery store & pharmacy. - Has all the appliances you need including a dishwasher. - Park and walking path nearby. - It was exactly what I was looking for. POINTS TO IMPROVE - I arrived around dinner & it’s dark around the entrance. It’s difficult to see the instructions on the lock box. Maybe the porch light could be turned on when a guest is expected. - Nothing else to note.

Very clean, great location.
Great small condo. Amazing location near the waterfront, walking path, and 10min walk from downtown. VERY clean. Perfect for one person or a couple. One thing to note is that it's on the ground floor and we could hear every step people took in the unit above us.

Merci David pour votre commentaire! Nous aviserons le propriétaire du haut car nous n’avons jamais eu ce genre de plainte en 2 ans. Probablement que les visiteurs du haut étaient plus bruyant qu’à l’habitude…. Au plaisir!

Nous n'avions pas reçu le code d'accès au condo. J'ai rejoint le propriétaire. J'avais laissé quelques jours avant un message pour vérifier le code d'accès à VRBO et au propriétaire. Une fois à l'intérieur tout était parfait.

Petit Condo Confortable
C’est propre, très bien agencé et situé près de tout. On se sent comme à la maison. Le seul bémol est que le condo est face à une rue très passante et le train qui tire de la flûte 2 fois par nuit en arrière.

Joli Condo
Nous avons passer un très agréable séjour dans ce Condo qui est charmant. Je noterai toutefois que la terrasse prends facilement la poussière par rapport au passage des voitures. Et l’aération un peu bruyante dans les toilettes. Le Condo est très joli et très propre. Nous avons été ravis dans l’ensemble. Je recommande.

Bien situé près du Lac Memphrémagog
Endroit bien situé pour les activités d’hiver. Patinoire longeant le Lac Memphrémagog. Près des stations de ski. Le condo est fonctionnel, propre et on retrouve l’essentiel pour cuisiner, dormir et écouter un bon film!
