“It was a long day for us and the first front desk staff could not find my booking so we had to wait there to figure out what's going on. Yet later another girl came and told us she found it after a while. No apology were said by their staff and they had nothing to say. “I did not eat breakfast. There is a buffet breakfast. There is no tea cup with spoon in the room. There is no tissue paper, only have toilet paper. The church nearby rings every hour even at night so bring a earplugs. Otherwise it is fine. The bathtub stopper does not work so I have to sit and put pressure on it to keep it down.
