“Entiquate , Rats infested. Rude Staff, filthy ! Stay away”

“NEVER AGAIN will I book at this hotel. For being one of the most expensive hotels in Dipolog, it's a DUMP!! The rooms are to small. The beds are to small. No amenities at all in the room. Broken bathroom fixtures that were falling off the wall. Toilet not secured to the floor... etc... I immediately asked for another room and the second room was WORST than the first room. The air conditioner made more noise than a brass band and the cleanliness of the shower just sucked! For anyone looking to……

“The room was clean and beds were comfortable but there seem to have an undesirable odor with the pillows or comforter sheets. We were not able to connect to front desk or room service since the phone was not working. Staff were courteous and nice. But have to speak in their dialect, Front desk lady was not proactive with internet password and communication was a bit hard. Overall it was an ok 3 day stay at the hotel Hot water was on and off and no water pressure. One day water was black and……

“ No shower. No toilet flush. No water on the sink. All I got was a pail with a tub for showering and flushing.”

“When i checked into the hotel it seemed ok. But as soon as i saw the room it was the size of a closet. And when i sat on the bed it broke. The bed mattress was avout 2 inches thick. I was given a second room but had already decided to leave. I paid in advance for a week and no refund was given”

“I had an excellent stay at Villa Marii for 12 days. The property is small but has everything you need. Firm bed , firm pillows , nice AC, just how I like it. Shower with endless hot water, which is rare in philippines. Staff friendly and attentive always asking to freshen the room or provide towels and water. Breakfast is included and is great. Full restaurant onsite as well. You will not be disappointed.”

“I loved this resort. This was paradise I can only have ever dreamed of and spending my birthday here was very relaxing and peaceful. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, loved hearing “Morning Sir” everyday. The beach was just as beautiful as the pictures show however the jellyfish fish signs should be relocated so they are not hidden by tree branches. Food at the Bamboo Kitchen was delicious and the shuttle driver was great at helping us with directions and alternative transportation ”
