After I checked in the hotel on 26 Dec 2020 around 7.30PM IST, One of the Room (305) was is in pathetic state. Alerted the hotel manager & requested team to change; but they refused bluntly.
I went with my parents, wife n kid; it’s a shabby room. No comparison with photographs shown while booking.
The manager also called us in advance 26 Dec (Morning) that TV & Fan is not working, which I agreed as I was not having any option left; as I’ve already paid for it and then all the issue mentioned happened over it-given above.
And overnight my wife n kid could NOT sleep and we’ve to keep the door open as the smell of the wet walls was very unhygienically smelling even after twice room Freshner was used on walls.
On the other hand, in the other room (304) - the exhaust fan dropped in washroom 27 Dec 2020 morning over my niece (10 Year old) and her right eye area was badly hurt; fortunately she didn’t loose her eye.
This is really unacceptable from Hotels.com and your partner hotels.
Over and above they charged double.
