“After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is……

“We rented this for one night on an overnight NYC trip for our Girl Scout troop. It was perfect for our needs! The space is laid out amazingly well, and everything is brand new. It was exceptionally clean and all linens were provided for us. The host was so incredibly gracious. They even moved their car from the driveway so that we could park there, and they were extremely responsive to requests. We wished we could have stayed longer! The location is close to a small walkable town shop area. I……

“Host communication was horrible, He would not send me any check in instructions, I had to call vrbo, i got his phone number, and he still would not send me check in instructions, I had to call vrbo again and they sent them to me.(felt very unwanted right off the bat.) The place was not clean, there were hairs in the shower, the place had a bed with a fitted sheet on it, the flat sheet was crammed in a corner in the bathroom, the comforter was a cheap wal mart throw blanket that had crust on it,……
