"I recently stayed at a hotel in New York, and I had a generally good time. The room was spotless, super comfy, and right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The people I met when I checked in were friendly and helpful, which really set a great tone for my stay. However, after I left, I found out I’d accidentally left my watch behind. I quickly messaged the hotel to let them know and see if they could track it down, but I haven’t heard back yet. I know things can get hectic, but I’d really appreciate an update on where it might be. Besides this little hiccup, my stay was overall great. I hope the hotel can work on getting better about letting guests know about lost items—a quick reply would really help keep everyone happy."

"We really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt NYC Times Square! We arrived early from a redeye flight and asked for an early check in. The hotel staff was wonderful. They were able to accommodate us and got our room straight away. Since we arrived during breakfast, they even allowed us to head straight to eat. The breakfast was fantastic! We had a hot buffet every day. There was a great variety of food and it tasted great. My only complaint was the fausett in the shower. We couldn’t make the handle work correctly so the water was either freezing or scalding hot. Overall the hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Close to everything and we walked everywhere. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was in need of a thorough cleaning. Many small areas in the bathroom area needed to be cleaned especially some of the grout in the shower and areas around the shower. The hallways on the 25th floor looked as though they had hand prints all over them. "

"Hotel is wonderful, clean spacious rooms and nice staff. Would definitely stay there again . Very close to time square so convenient. Only complaint would be the wait to check in , the line was almost a hour long at 4pm. And the security guy was very rude to all of us and more than once during our stay . "
