The hotel's location near Times Square is undeniably convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and easy access to NYC attractions. However, the positives stop there.
The room was not clean upon arrival — with chipped paint, a cracked facebowl in the bathroom, and generally poor maintenance. The front desk never answered calls, and service was unresponsive throughout the stay. To make matters worse, I was overcharged by several hundred dollars and had difficulty resolving the issue, as staff would not return calls or assist in correcting the bill.
There were also long lines for check-in and services, making the overall experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel despite its prime location.
