“Me, myself and I spend one week in this cosy and fully equiped appartment a week in Juny 2021. It was also very quiet, only the ocean waves made sounds. It was very clean. A parking lot belongs to this appartment. I can recommend this appartment for one or two person. Saozhana was very carring and gave me many good recomendations for food and sightseeing.”

“Two light bulbs burned out in unit. Restaurant moved but old signs not removed Hot tub jets not functioning plus hot tub is in a stairwell Should be out on pool deck”

“Beautiful and clean and amazing walk to beach.”

“Wow, what an absolutely amazing property right on Moinhos Beach! Having a private gate leading straight onto the sand was unbeatable. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and incredibly inviting. The beds were firm but cozy, and we loved that there was a wide variety of pillows ranging from soft to firm to suit anyone's preference. There is also plenty of outdoor space to relax and soak in the breathtaking views. The location feels wonderfully quiet and tucked away, even though the beach can……

“The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. The host finally sent a txt while I was continually calling to say they couldn't answer the phone right now and……

“The blue penthouse was outstanding. The daily cleaning and breakfast were amazing perks. Access to the beach was a real plus. Morning adventures and afternoon by the beach made an amazing holiday. The property thinks of everything beach towels concierge services.”

“Unique and beautiful location, looking out over Lake Furnas.”

“The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures on VRBO. Comfortable and clean with a private parking spot in front of the house with no passing traffic. The house is located less than a mile from some of the best attractions on Sau Miguel and is centrally located for day trips anywhere else on the island.”

“Very good location, and very clean. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher with cleaning products. The house has parking facilities but it is also very easy to find a place in the street.”

“Beautiful property, amazing staff and great location!”

“Wonderful quiet spot close to everything the island has to offer —city, outdoors, beaches. The cottages are well equipped and perfect for families or couples. The resort has a pool, hot tub, and small gym on-site. Owners and staff are attentive and responsive. Made for a great trip!”

“Authentic house with a large, beautiful garden : A lovely, authentic house with a large garden A cosy, lovingly furnished living area. An ideal location for exploring the surrounding area. When we asked the management to provide us with chairs for the garden (as shown in the photo), we only received an AI-generated confirmation of our enquiry. But no chairs. Both bedrooms smelled a bit musty.”
