“Terrible experience—I’ve never had an issue like this with a hotel before. I booked 2 deluxeroomsfor my mother, nephew, and niece for one night. The reservation clearly included breakfast. However, when they went to have breakfast, they were told that breakfast was not included and were denied service. I immediately contacted the front desk, but the receptionist was not helpful at all. She acknowledged that my reservation showed breakfast was included, but said their system did not reflect it……
