"To be an airport hotel, the location is good! Just a few bus stops outside the airport's main terminal 2 and 3. Not that many choices of restaurants in that area! The airplane engine noise is high because this hotel is at the end of the runway! "

"We were disappointed with our stay unfortunately. We arrived at reception and waited about 15 minutes to be checked in whilst staff allowed other guests to cut the queue with no acknowledgement of the guests waiting patiently. On entrance to our room a strong smell of cigarette smoke hit us. I called down to reception to report it but no one answered. We’d had a very long journey so persevered and opened the window to try and disperse the smell. We reported it to reception just to be told that they’d asked security to investigate… no apology. "

"The hotel is ideal for anyone arriving or leaving from London Heathrow Terminal 4. There is a covered walkway that connects the hotel to Terminal 4. Look for the hotel signs in the airport. The walkway is accessed from the second floor of the hotel."

"Tommy’s really nice and comfy and Breakfast was amazing. Also, for £6, you take the Heathrow Hotels Shuttle and they drop you in front of the hotel. Great stay. "
