「This is such a stunning property! Even though you’re a quick drive from Heathrow, you feel a world away. The birds chirping, the river flowing, the beauty around the property and Bray is all incredible. I went for many long walks as a solo female traveler, including after dark once on accident, and felt incredibly safe. Can’t wait to come back! 」

「Just had two nights. We got the last remaking room which was described as “cosy” which it was. Very well appointed, all the food we had at breakfast on two mornings, and dinner one evening was very good. Although busy service was excellent, and all the staff without fail were a credit to the hotel. Very, very pleased with the whole visit, and would not hesitate to stay again.」

「The building is beautiful, filled with history. I booked a superior for the bath in the room. I was given a pleasant room in what I think is the original medieval part of the building but the bath was through a cool 'corridor' in the room. However, I spoke to the very assistive staff and they suggested a different room which I was absolutely delighted with!
