Charming villa with interesting garden and great pool

The house is in a quiet location, very comfortable with a good layout, and is also well equipped. The garden is interesting with lots of cacti and succulents, and the pool is just great. The nearby town offers great restaurants and good food shopping. Access to Seville is easy, with a short drive to park by one of the stations on the metro. The owner was very friendly and helpful with advice on all such aspects.

Tranquil villa with beautiful garden

Being a party of 4 adults we enjoyed the tranquility of the villa with its beautiful garden and wonderful pool. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and were contactable via Wattsapp. Sevilla was accessible by car or a bus journey from the local town just a few miles away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Luisa. Muchas Gracias!

A lovely oasis

We stayed 2 weeks celebrating our silver jubilee marriage. The initial ad met our expectations (calm surroundings, private swimming pool, house in good shape, great weather) but the experience was even better. The garden is actually more delightful than in the pictures, with palm trees, cactuses, swallows, doves and blackbirds. David and Manuel was very nice, down to earth and easy to communicate with in every aspect of our stay. The urbanisation is located in a rural area but still only a 5 minute drive from Mairena del Alcor where the restaurants and food stores are. We recommend it!

We were very pleased with our villa and holiday home. The gardens and pool are beautifully maintained, with lovely seating areas and we spent most of our holiday sat outside, relaxing in this wonderfully private space. The interior was equally well designed, furnished and perfect for our needs as a family of five adults. We were aware that the location was outside of Seville, and for us a car was really essential. It’s an easy, short drive to the airport, the nearest supermarket and the beautiful city of Seville. David was a great host, he helped with advice and preparing our visit and was waiting for us even for a late night arrival. Overall, highly recommended and I suspect we will be back.

The photos don’t do it justice…

The property sits on a private development behind a gated complex - which added security when staying in a country you don’t know. From entering the garden from the road, words cannot do justice to the beauty that awaits! Clearly cultivated over a long period to be so well-established, the garden is beautiful. And when we arrived in April, the orange trees were still in bloom and the smells when sat in the garden - were something else! The garden is landscaped to provide different seating areas - giving incredible views/shade and places to sit and enjoy dinner. The house itself is stunning - rustic chic! A true and traditional taste of Spanish living. What makes it even more beautiful is its history and knowing how the owner developed the property. EVERYTHING you need is there. We had a car to enable us to sight-see and visited Cádiz and Gibraltar - which were a couple of hours drive but definitely fun to do! We visited during Semana Santa (Easter) and Seville was a buzz with people and places to visit with spectacles a plenty! When the Easter period ended, we enjoyed sight seeing - Seville didn’t disappoint. We have 23 month old twins, so having a property to ourselves was important and they absolutely loved it!

Fijn verblijf gehad in dit prachtige huis. Beschikt over een ruime tuin met zwembad en veel privacy. De verhuurders waren heel vriendelijk en zeer bereid om snel elke vraag te beantwoorden. De inrichting van het huis is heel compleet en parkeren kan op eigen terrein, maar wij hebben gekozen om op straat voor de deur te parkeren. Afstand tot Sevilla is ca 20 minuten met de auto, dus heel goed te doen voor verschillende dagtripjes.

La maison est parfaite avec un jardin magnifique. Elle est bien aménagée et équipée ( seulement 1 chambre climatisée et le salon). L'emplacement est idéal pour les visites des grandes villes espagnoles. David est sympa. Il nous a très bien accueilli. Il est très arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ. Tout est parfait. Le jardin est extraordinaire et parfaitement tenu. Idem pour la piscine. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable et il ne manque rien. Internet haut débit. Climatisation efficace malgré la chaleur. C’est vraiment un spot à privilégier. Nous y retournerons nécessairement. Tout est à proximité. Séville en 20 mn. À moins de 10 mn il y a carrefour. Lidl. Mac Donald. Burger King essence etc. Pourtant la maison est au milieu de la campagne avec une intimité absolu. Tout est calme et sécurisé. Bref aucune hésitation à avoir. Ps. Et évidemment les propriétaires sont disponibles adorables et ils nettoient régulièrement tout en respectant l’intimité et en veillant à ne pas déranger les vacanciers. Bref aucune critique possible. Merci encore.

Belle maison décorée avec gout.Toutes les ouvertures sont équipées de moustiquaire ce qui permet de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Chambres spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements. 2 salles deau avec grande douche agréable. Très beau jardin, piscine agréable, environnement calme et sécurisé. Séville facile d'accès.
