In einer wunderschönen Gegend gelegen ist dieses Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber praktisch und sehr großzügig. Um kleinere Probleme wurde sich sofort, und zu aller Zufriedenheit, gekümmert. Es bestand auch ein sehr netter Kontakt zum Besitzer in Wien, und zur Verwaltung in der Nachbarschaft. Perfekt für Elektroautos wegen vorhandener Wallbox.

Das Haus von der Größe ist es in Ordnung Es ist ungepflegt etliches defekt und nicht behoben. Auch lässt die Reinigung zu wünschen übrig von etlichen spinnwebennetze bis zu massig Haare in der Dusche Sowie eine dreckige Glassscheibe an der Backröhre. Wenn das nicht wäre wäre es ok
