“La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.”

Nous avions reçu avant notre arrivée plusieurs informations concernant les commodités au alentours de notre résidence ( restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie…) qui nous ont été très utiles. L’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien! Je recommande”

“Eine schöne Wohnung in unschlagbarer Lage. Der Platz ist großzügig für europäische Verhältnisse, mit einer geräumigen Küche und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet — frische weiße Bettwäsche und Handtücher, was beim Reisen einen großen Unterschied macht. Gerne weiterzuempfehlen.”

“Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

“The place was amazing. Centrally located with great security in the building and easy check in. The apartment itself was clean and very beautifully decorated. The host was a great communicator, answered all my questions right away and nice and friendly ”

“The location was excellent! The bathroom was a bit musty due to no ventilation. Fans were in every bedroom which was great given the high temperatures while we were there. Communication with the host was good and directions for check in were very clear.”

“Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk.”

“We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. ”

“Poor communication with host, heating/cooling system didn’t work well, much smaller than anticipated. Nearby area felt unsafe. Didn’t end up staying here.”

“The apartment was a great size for one or two people, I appreciated the room-darkening shades, which made it easy to sleep in after long days of sightseeing, The living room was comfortable, and the TV was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings,”
