"Ive traveled worldwide and stayed at many 5 star hotels. However, there is nothing like the hospitality my wife and I experienced at this property. Im in the hospitality industry. I wish I could transfer this level of greatness to my tram. We were treated like royalty. The satff is amazing and beyond accommodating. It was beyond 5 star. I cant wait to return. Shout out to Icha at Kitchen 6!"

"Great Location. Great Staff. Didn't get up for breakfast on any of the 5 days, what a waste !!! The Oriental restaurant is absolutely superb. The outside bar looked fantastic ( underage son, so could not go). Will definately stay again if we revisit. "

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. We booked a Horizon club room. Well worth the booking. The room was massive and beautifully designed with great views of the Burg. What made the whole stay so memorable were the staff who were professional, kind, helpful and just lovely to be around, especially the team on level 41. They are stars!"
