"Like Always Prima Life is the perfect place for our family to be. Slight renovation works but it did not disturb at all. Thank you so much Mahmoud from the terrasse restaurant, miss you already!! Room big, clean, great gardens, fantastic roof top bar where we stayed often. Thanks animation team. See you next year. Maybe I should learn to speak russian, lot of guests come from Russia. "We are a family of 7 travelling from Canada that stayed in 3 rooms. We were very impressed with the resort, kind genuine staff and quality of food and beverage included with the all-inclusive. We stay at 5 star all-inclusive hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico and would recommend this resort for those looking for a different experience. The snorkeling off the beach with the variety of coral and fish is hard to find and very much appreciated with the hotel’s location."

"Our stay was AMAZINGGG! 10000/10 from the clean rooms to the extremely hospitable staff to an array of amenities - my husband and I loved it here! We’re so sad to be leaving! The property is absolutely stunning and the food was delicious - very single meal was amazing - however the staff is truly what made our stay incredible!!! Thank you all we cannot wait to return!"

"Xanadu Makadi Bay has the worst management I have ever experienced. After a 15-hour flight with two children, the reception and manager were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They demanded an extra $450 even though my reservation was correct and my children’s ages were entered properly. When I asked for help contacting Expedia to confirm the booking, they refused and left me to handle everything on my own. Instead of showing hospitality, they caused stress and humiliation at the very start of our vacation. This hotel’s management clearly does not care about guests, fairness, or basic respect. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this property"
