「Een parel in Vathy. Vanuit het hotel heb je mooi uitzicht over de baai. Het is heerlijk stil en de kamer heeft een lekker bed, prima badkamer en gelukkig geen saaie ‘trendy’ hotellook. Het ontbijt met veel verse & huisgemaakte producten, en de koffie zijn heerlijk. De eigenaresse is erg lief en gastvrij; we hadden een heerlijke tijd hier en komen zeker nog eens terug. 」

「Wonderful family, Oskar and his wife and their three sons. Hardworking, caring, and honest. The food was very tasty. Lovely loft room - clean and well equipped. Maria kept it neat and tidy and well presented every day - thank you. We have loved our time in Kefalonia. Would recommend hiring a car to visit places such as Assos, Fiskardo and Sami plus the beautiful beaches along the way. Try and see the turtles too in Argostoli harbour near the fishing boats. 」

「The house was lovely but communicating with the owner was appalling. She never ever answered emails. Finally I had to call the website and at last located someone who could help and so I could arrange checking in etc. However there was no information available in the house about either workings of the house itself (lights, locks etc) or local contacts and possible places to visit (which would have been nice). The only time we met someone who appeared to know anything about the house and woman...
