「We had a fantastic stay at Theo's Village. The owners were so friendly and helpful and made it a home from home.
So clean, modern and comfortable. Definitely recommend it.
Bus stop just down the road for regular trips into Chania with so many excellent shops and restaurants.」

「The hotel was nice but we wanted to move our stay to a few days before. I accidentally booked for the day we left, rather than the day we came (we only needed a one night accommodation until our Airbnb was ready). The person we spoke to was rude, and said no exceptions and no refunds (we realized 12 days prior, rather than 14 when a full refund would have been given). 「Friendly staff at the front desk and bar! They stayed late for us to check in and gave great local recommendations at the bar!
Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy!
Pool looked nice but never used!
Did get bit by something while there…could be mosquitoes or the other something else…never seen the actual bugs but had the bites….other than that, the place did seem clean, nice shower!

「We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful.
Our replacement room was beautiful, and the moment we saw those dramatic, serene mountain views, any lingering "what ifs" melted away. It’s the perfect escape to slow down and breathe. Even the winding, adventure-filled drive there makes the arrival feel earned. The food was another major highlight with fresh, healthy breakfasts...

「The room was super clean and the staff were always helpful and joyous. The location is great with a beach on the other side of the road and a short car trip to Old Town. Food was surprisingly good, we chose to eat there a couple of nights.」
