Room was great. Staff at check in was extremely disrespectful and difficult. Some very inappropriate comments to our grandson and in no way courteous.

The issue was the hotel gave us an upgraded room at $75/night, but didn’t let us know that would be so near the construction site of their future spa. The trucks woke us up very early every morning. We’ve stayed here twice before and love this place, but honestly a $75 upgrade is crazy. They should’ve offered a $75/night discount for the noisy construction going on.
