Try another hotel if you want value.

AC would not go below 23 deg, rooms are extremely tiered, stains on all the carpets in the hall ways as well. Service in the restaurant is zero, they would be better to just have a free table so you can clear away your own plates; even though they have more than sufficient staff on duty, all that they seem to be interested in is chatting and interacting with their smart phones. Food is mostly good. Fire extinguishers are all over-pressured and thus non-functional. Always check you bank statement after your stay for additional charges that you have already paid for !

Not even if it were the last place available !

The issues start from when you walk through the door. 1) Front of house can't find reservation, they are as miserable as can be. 2) Assigned room #303, AC inlet vent left hanging open. 3) AC control panel on wall covered in paint - non functional. 4) Safe broken - inserted new safe and now no hanging space in cupboard. 5) Drawers in cupboard broken and no frontage. 6) Bureau badly scratched/damaged. 7) Drain in shower blocked - pulled cover to reveal several years of hair/etc. build-up. 8) Mould on ceiling on shower and bathroom. 9) Toilet seat hanging off with workman's rags left. 10) Had to ask for soap. 11) Fire extinguisher out side of room over pressured. Comfortable bed. All above issues backed-up with photos, please peruse.

Only stay if it's your only option on the island

They could not find the booking. I was given a standard room instead of the executive room with lounge access which has never existed in this hot.

J’ai réservé une navette de l’hôtel qui n’est jamais arrivé et nous avons eu une panne internet pendant plus de douze heures à l’hôtel, ce qui a perturbé ma mission.

Meiden, wenn Sie Internet brauchen!

Achtung: Wer Zugang zu Internet & social Networks braucht, sollte dieses Hotel unbedingt meiden! Social networks wegen Zensur gesperrt, Internet extrem langsam. Lieber eins der Sofitels buchen, dort funktioniert es. Personal sehr demotiviert und langsam, Zimmer alt und abgenutzt, Duschgels im Bad waren gebraucht und halb leer. Positiv: Nähe zum Airport und kosyenloser Shuttle ins Stadtzentrum.

와이파이 접속이 형편없습니다. 4성급의 인터넷 속도가 너무도 느려서 업무를 보는데 아주 지장을 초래하였습니다. 식사도 형편없고 힐튼이라는 이름이 무색할정도로 수준 낮았습니다. 또한 한두명의 직원을 제외하고는 불친절하였습니다.
