Beautiful, bright and spacious Loft-type Duplex, facing south, distributed in living room, kitchen and balconies on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom and bathroom upstairs in loft style. It is one of those homes that are worth enjoying, seeing from the living room the bell towers of the churches of Malaga, the Cathedral or the Gibralfaro Castle.

In the heart of Malaga, but in a quiet environment, the apartment will allow you to enjoy the city that never sleeps, the city that has more than 330 sunny days, just a few minutes of walking distance from the main street of the city, Calle Larios, but in a quiet environment that will allow you to rest and enjoy the views.

The apartment has a double bed upstairs, loft, and a double sofa bed downstairs, with centralized air conditioning, full kitchen and fiber optic Wi-Fi, with international television channels.

The apartment is located in a privileged enclave, being next to a public park, in front of a parking, in case you need to come with a vehicle, and just a few minutes walk from the Jorge Rando Museum, the neo-Arabic style market called, Salamanca, 5 minutes from the Interactive Music Museum, the Carmen Thyssen Museum, or 7 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral or Calle Larios.

You will be able to enjoy a modern apartment, in the center of the city and perfect to get to know the city of Malaga walking through its streets and at the same time rest, when the day is over.

Central location but really quiet

Great location and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen and perfect for winter break. Málaga a fab place at Xmas with amazing lights. Metal stairs a bit noisy so have to hope neighbours don't go up in noisy shoes but that was only downside
