“Traveling from Utah to Texas for the 2024 Eclipse, we stayed at this lovely rental in Carlsbad. We immensely enjoyed Carlsbad Caverns and took a jaunt into the Guadalupe Mountains as well. The home had what we needed, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house itself is beautiful and comfortable.”

“Check in was smooth and easy, we had the code the day before sent to us so we were ready to go. All the host asked was for us to let them know when we left. The house was very clean and the furnishings were cute and comfortable. The sheets smelled really clean like they’d just been washed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Carlsbad Caverns or Guadalupe it was a great location to see both.”

“I'd stay there again if I needed to be in Carlsbad. The house was clean and comfortable, and there was very easy access to the main drag in Carlsbad as well as the main highway leading back home.”

“We stayed here for 14 days during a work transition and it became our home away from home. This house was perfect for our needs while we stayed in Carlsbad. It is clean, has a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware, and the washer and dryer is a huge help/blessing. The host, Donny, is super friendly, helpful, and communicative. The house is located next to two parks in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. We will definitely stay here again next time through and highly……

“My friend and I spent a week traveling NM and stayed here after visiting Carlsbad caverns. It’s a really cute house, the area felt very safe, and it’s by plenty of food and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area!”

“We enjoyed the stay immensely at La Cueva! The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of five. It allowed the kids space to spread out and relax after a long drive to Carlsbad, as well as after some long days visiting both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mtns NPs. The proximity was great for both. The home perfect for preparing meals as well, with everything needed on hand. Thanks for a wonderful stay!”

“The property was exactly as advertised and was clean and easy to access. Not a lot of outdoor area but close to several parks/playgrounds so worked great. We stayed here several nights as we visited Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park - we were close enough to visit those easily and in an area where we had easy access to anything we needed. House was clean and everything about check in and out were easy!”

“We set out on a road trip with my elderly in-laws, and Carlsbad was our second stop on our adventure. The home was great in accommodating both of them. (Mother-in-law scoots her feet real bad when in house shoes, so the tile floor was a bonus.) The shower in the master was also very user friendly for them.”
