"While all of the service staff were very kind, this didn’t feel like the quality stay that I expected based on the booking cost. This is listed as a 4-star property on Google, but it feels much more like a 2-star based on the facility and amenities available."

"There were lots of mosquitos in the room and we literally had to request for a coil. Geysers did not work n every morning we had to request hot water in a bucket n needless to tell that it takes a min of 20 to 30 mins. Food was good in the restaurant but had a very limited options. It was definitely not worth the money I spent."

"Room smelled so good. Bed was so comfortable and clean. Staff were welcoming and assisted with everything. I arrived at 2.30am in the morning and had to wake the manager up but he was very kind snd helpful even then."

"Hotel is 3rd floor of apartment complex. Dirty, no towels or amenities. Located in dingy alleyway. Dogs barking and fighting kept me up all night "
