“Ok, first, staff is very kind, helpful and nice. So my remark has nothing to do with that. It's a budget hotel and room, so we understood its not going to be a 5star. Understanding this, we didnt have regular hot water in the shower and the floor in our bathroom tile was always somewhat wet because drainage in bathroom was not good. Bathroom water pressure for shower was low. On the plus side, the bed was great, the air con was great, and the staff was great. We felt safe in the hotel too……
