Casa Val di Sogno

1) Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in zweiter Häuser-Reihe und über die Dächer der vorderen Häuser hinweg hat man einen ganz wunderbaren Ausblick vom Balkon und dem Wohn-/Esszimmer. Am Strand kann man in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zum Ort Cassone laufen. Für Erkundungstouren mit dem Auto ist der Ort perfekt für all Ziele im nördlichen und östlichen Teil des Gardasees. 2) Wohnung: Die Aufteilung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Das Auto parkt direkt hinter der Wohnung, was sehr praktisch war. • Das Badezimmer ist funktional und völlig in Ordnung. Der Essbereich ist völlig okay und die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmerbereich sind sehr bequem. Handtücher und Bettwäsche, sowie ein kleines Set für den Küchenabwasch waren vorhanden.

Tolle Lage und Wohnung, jedoch mit fehlender Ausstattung. Achtung bei Zahlung mit Kreditkarte

Pro: 1) Toll Lage mit einem einen ganz wunderbaren Ausblick vom Balkon und dem Wohn-/Esszimmer. Perfekter Ort für Erkundungstouren mit dem Auto im nördlichen und östlichen Teil des Gardasees. 2) Wohnung: Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung. Auto parkt praktischerweise direkt hinter der Wohnung. Funktionales Badezimmer. Guter Essbereich, sehr bequeme Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmerbereich. Handtücher und Bettwäsche, sowie ein kleines Set für den Küchenabwasch vorhanden. Con: 1) Buchung erfolgte über FeWo-direkt.de, die eigentliche Vermietung dann jedoch über Happy.Rentals. Es gab im Buchungsprozess keine Hinweise darauf, dass die Bezahlung mit der Visa-Kreditkarte in der Schweiz erfolgte, was beträchtliche Gebühren für einen Auslandseinsatz verursachte - ärgerlich. 2) Die Buchungsseiten-Fotos zeigen dicke Sitzpolster für die Balkon-Sessel, die jedoch nicht vorhanden waren. Die Vor-Ort-Betreuung teilte mit, dass diese nicht mehr verfügbar seien und kein Ersatz geplant sei. Die vorhandenen dünnen Stuhlauflagen für die Plastikstühle waren jedoch viel zu dünn und absolut keine Lösung. Das gibt einen dicken Punktabzug! 3) Die Küche ist weit von der angepriesenen „Vollausstattung“ entfernt. Die erwähnte „Kaffeemaschine“ ist lediglich eine kleine Bialetti (Mokka/Espresso-Topf) für 2 Tassen. Nur ein Küchenmesser, kein Kochlöffel und keine Schere vorhanden.
