Completely renovated to a high standard in 2021, the apartment is centrally heated and has insect screens on the windows. 36 sqm non-smoking flat has a kitchen-living room (sofa bed for one person, flat-screen TV, dining table) with a complete kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle), a bedroom (double bed), a large bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer), a hallway and a hallway in the entrance area.There are also several seating areas in the garden - one of which is covered, sun loungers, a barbecue, car park, bicycle storage facilities, a high chair and free WiFi. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee.
