「We book this chalet to visit family who live in leysdown when we arrvied the host hadnt provided any check in details so i messages asking for the. had no response also tried calling received no response whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting given we advised we were staying with our 11 month old baby. we were fortunate that we could stay with family.I did walk down to the chalrt as i know the area well amd found it not ready for anyone to stay in and also from the looks of things not worth the money...

「We gas the first morning had till 11 am to have a hot drink. When hot water is on the boiler is very noisy. The bathroom was too narrow and the towel hooks stcking out did not help. The oven did not smell right when lit and we did not use it. 」

「Check in was quite late (5pm) so we paid for an early one, and check out was very early (9am) so we paid for a late one (10am) I think 3am check in and 10am check out is quite the norm, so the times should be changed and not an extra payment incurred.Clean lodge, clean hot tub lovely bedding, nice to have a few bits and bobs in the lodge on arrival, like dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets, along with tea towel and washing up liquid.
