I would give this resort a 5-star rating if it wasn’t for the room being a bit bare and unconventional. Everything else about this resort was amazing! We loved the food, staff, location, and all the things they offered. Truly recommend this place if you are a couple/family that doesn’t mind a plain simple room with a bit of adjustment to comfortability! I feel like the rest of the resort pays off for that. I can’t stress enough how nice the resort was!! Truly worth visiting!

We had a great memorable experience in 5days we spent there. Very clean and spectacular room view with a private pool, great excursions(the quads experience was adrenaline filled, the day trips well planned, all worth the spend very much), the food was varied and tasty. There were lots of public swimming pools and we could see people enjoying drinks , sun bathing and music, last but not least of course the staff, they were so helpful and friendly shout out to Maria, klaudia, Anna, Aman, EF and Violeta.

The staff was accommodating if you didn’t speak their language, they had interpreted for you. The rooms were very clean. The spa was excellent. I have nothing to compare with yet. I had a good time I would visit again.

View and location are excellent. Staff very helpful. Our room was a little dated but your only in it to sleep. Morning sunrise over sea was beautiful. Platform next to sea to access for swimming and snorkel was excellent.

What an amazing stay. I checked in and by surprise I got an upgrade. I stayed in room 118 with a pool and ocean view. The staff, the food, the amenities were top notch. All staff were extremely helpful and I have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you thank you thank you. The resort is absolutely gorgeous.

The view is unbeatable from this resort. We had the superior sea view room. Large balcony and unobstructed view. The balcony however is sort of connected with other rooms with no real barriers. We didn’t feel unsafe but it was weird to see other rooms by just walking around the balcony. The room was large but bathroom is small. No counter space or hooks for the towel to hang. There are lots of steps to go up and down depending on where your room is located. We were happy with our room except the sliding door lock was broken and it took the maintenance person to fix it over 3 hours till 9:30 pm. Very inconvenient. The all inclusive drinks aren’t great. The cocktails are not drinkable. Beer and wine were ok. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were all decent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

This property and resort is really a beautiful place. Looking off the cliff into the sea with beautiful sun rises and sunsets. The food was pretty good with lots of options. Beer and wine are always available at multiple locations. Some of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, others treat you a bit rude if you’re an American. If you’re looking for an all inclusive that has late night offerings this place might not be for you. Pools closed at 7pm, open bar at the pool is only open from 7-11 and everything is done by 11:15. Definitely a kid friendly spot as lots of families seemed to enjoy their time. The resort is located very close to Heraklion with easy access to the city. Would definitely recommend adventuring out. Would 100% stay here again

Beautiful hotel and very clean. Great selection of snacks and drinks during the day. Restaurant was excellent, again a varied and great selection of meals. Staff were also polite, helpful and went the exra mile. The room we had overlooked the bay and was a delight to wake up to every morning.

We stayed at this hotel for our 10 day honeymoon and booked a room with a private pool. As a wonderful surprise, we were upgraded to the private pool room with the most sunshine, and we also received a complimentary dinner at the restaurant. The room was beautiful, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had most of our dinners at the buffet restaurant, which offered an incredible variety of delicious food. There was something for everyone, and everything we tried was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

It was so relaxed. Perfectly run and all the staff were friendly. They went the extra mile to help me celebrate my birthday and accommodated my husband visiting unexpectedly. It’s a beautiful location and although it’s nice to get out and explore, everything you could possibly want is right here at peninsula. Will definitely come back here one day!

The hotel is in a great location with spectacular views. The staff were very friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. Water sports are available for an extra charge and are conveniently located right near the property. The food was good with plenty of variety, and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels exchanged every day. We also asked for a late checkout due to our evening flight, and there was absolutely no problem arranging it. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Was a pleasant stay. Rooms cleaned daily and the great views on a pretty corner of the island. Thrilled to have had the beautiful experience in seeing the sunrise daily from the veranda of my room. Ample food choice from buffet but became bland and repetitive if staying over a week. No alternatives nearby outside the hotel. Staff lovely and attended to one or two hiccups immediately. ie. A lesson to use the shower and to fix the safe midway through my stay. All in all a pleasant stay.
