"I booked three months in advance specifically for a three bed bedroom, since my four grown daughters were staying with me for a wedding. When we checked in we received a two bed bedroom, as it turns out two of my girls couldn’t attend so it was fine. When I went back to the front desk to make sure I wasn’t being charged for the larger room, the FD person said I booked the room I received, I told him that wasn’t true, I looked at The RL because my favorite hotel in it he area (The Holiday Inn Express) was booked for large rooms. RL had 2 available, my brother was going to book the other one, I am glad he has to cancel his trip. My aunt and cousins reservations were both cancelled, the FD agent lost his cool and so did my aunt (understandably). I don’t know what was up with the communication with the Hotels.com app, but it was all below standards. Bathroom Vanity is super small no room for anything on the. Counter top, and with women getting ready, it’s ridiculous. Also, get some form of protein for breakfast please! Options are, bread, cereal, and bread. Come on!"
